My Way Desk
ANA Aeroportos de Portugal offers an assistance service that enhances the existing services in ANA airports for passengers of reduced mobility.
Passengers who require this service will be accompanied from their arrival at the airport to the aircraft, including through check-in, security checks, passport control and boarding.
This service must be requested at the time of booking, or at least 48 hours before departure of the flight from TAP, or through the travel agency.
The My Way service is available at the following airports: Lisbon, Porto, Faro, John Paul II, Santa Maria, Horta, Flores, Madeira and Porto Santo.
