With a bistronomy concept, the restaurant located on the new five-star hotel PortoBay Flores provides a different gastronomic experience in a noble space with history.
The client can trust the authenticity of the bistro characterized by featurings of 'haute cuisine', quality products, Portuguese flavors and a simplified service. This concept comes to life in the former halls of a mansion.
Chef Nuno Miguel heads the kitchen of the Bistrô Flores restaurant, in which his talent and enthusiasm for the national cuisine are reflected on the menu. Here, the dishes with Portuguese ingredients and flavors prevail and they are presented with a refined technique and simple plating. In addition to the a la carte menu, there are snacks prepared with a Porto touch which are suggested daily, such as 'Tripas à moda do Porto'.
Breakfast: From 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.);
Dinner: From 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. (Friday and Saturday until 11:00 p.m.).
