Cocktail Sauce
300ml Mayonnaise
30g Ketchup
15g Mustard
Salt to taste
10g Worcestershire sauce
Croutons / Decoration
100g Small cubes of pan bread
Olive oil to taste
1 Garlic Clove
1 Bay Leaf
Chicory tips to taste
Open 4 prawns, season and sauté them then place them on top of the cocktail.
Season and sauté the remaining prawns.
Chop into pieces and mix into the cocktail sauce, serve in a collet.
Cocktail Sauce
Mix all the ingredients.
Croutons / Decoration
Sauté the bread in olive oil flavoured with garlic and bay until golden.
Decorate the plate with the chicory.
