Manage your booking is simpler than ever!
This function lets you:
- View and edit your booking details (by phone or email);
- Add your Frequent Flyer number (TAP Miles&Go or Star Alliance) to the booking;
- Change your itinerary, before or even after starting your journey (see conditions below);
- Calculate all the costs of changing your itinerary;
- Pay and reissue your e-ticket for the new itinerary;
- Reserve a seat on your flight;
- Upgrade to Executive Class;
- Request special onboard assistance services for passengers with reduced mobility (ramp and wheelchair);
- Add your special meal to the booking;
- Request access to Lounge;
- Request Fast Track/Green Way access.

Accept the alternative flight allocated by TAP
Whenever there is an irregularity with your flight, TAP’s priority is to find you an alternative.
Change the alternative flight allocated by TAP
You can change your flight should the one allocated by TAP be unsuitable.
Request refund for services not provided
If your alternative flight cannot provide the additional services purchased on the original, then you can request a refund for the unavailable extras.
Select alternative airports
You can change the destination airport, so long as TAP has a flight to the same city as your original flight. If flying to London, for example, you can change from Gatwick to Heathrow, or vice versa.
Cancel booking and request a refund
If you can't find a suitable solution, you can cancel your booking and request a refund.
Request declaration of irregularity
In order to justify missing commitments, you can request proof that your flight was delayed or cancelled.
