Sometimes the world forces us to change our plans. We now offer complete flexibility on all fares. Book your trip with confidence, knowing that when booking from March 1, 2022, you can change the date and destination for free in any fare, except Discount (differentials will be charged when applicable).

Confirm all the conditions below and travel worry-free, with the knowledge that TAP complies with all hygiene and safety rules on your flights. Discover the TAP Clean & Safe commitment, recognized by Skytrax, in the “COVID-19 Airline Safety” category.

Valid for tickets issued between March 1 and March 31, 2022;
Applicable for trips until 30 of June, 2022;
Change fee is waived, except in Discount fare, but fare differential will still be charged, if applicable;
Unlimited changes may be made with exemption from the change fee within the validity of the tickets;
Route changes are permitted in all TAP fares, except TAP Miles&Go tickets;
The booking of the flight must be cancelled before the departure date and the ticket can be left open for future use;
Waive of change fee will not be applied in Discount and Basic fares if a no-show to a flight has already occurred;
Valid for all TAP fares (excluding Discount)
New travel dates must comply with the validity period of the ticket;
Valid only for TAP rates;
Valid for Corporate or TAP Miles&Go Programme tickets (valid for this programme if the ticket only has TAP operated flights, will not be valid for flights operated by other airlines);
Changes made on channels other than TAP's official website and app may have associated fees or costs.

Terms and Conditions for tickets issued before March 1 2022

Valid for tickets issued between December 1, 2021, and February 28, 2022;
Change fee is waived, but fare differential will still be charged, if applicable;
Unlimited fee-free changes can be made until 28 February 2022;
At least one change fee waived can be made from 1 March 2022 on wards within the ticket's validity period;
Route changes are permitted in all TAP fares, except TAP Miles&Go tickets;
The booking of the flight must be cancelled before the departure date and the ticket can be left open for future use;
Waive of change fee will not be applied in Discount and Basic fares if a no-show to a flight has already occurred;
Valid for all TAP fares (including Discount)
New travel dates must comply with the validity period of the ticket;
Valid only for TAP rates;
Valid for Corporate or TAP Miles&Go Programme tickets (valid for this programme if the ticket only has TAP operated flights, will not be valid for flights operated by other airlines);
Changes made on channels other than TAP's official website and app may have associated fees or costs.

Valid for tickets issued until November 30, 2021, inclusive, and with travel dates between November 28, 2021, and February 28, 2022;
Change fee is waived, but fare differential will still be charged, if applicable;
New travel dates must comply with the validity period of the ticket;
Valid for fully unused or partially flown tickets;
Route changes are permitted in all TAP fares, except TAP Miles&Go tickets;
The booking of the flight(s) must be cancelled before the departure date and the ticket can be left open for future use;
Waive of change fee will not be applied if a no-show to a flight has already occurred;
Valid for all TAP fares (including Discount)
Valid only for TAP rates;
Valid for Corporate or TAP Miles&Go Programme tickets (valid for this programme if the ticket only has TAP operated flights, will not be valid for flights operated by other airlines);

Valid for tickets issued between August 1 and November 29, 2021;
Not valid for TAP Discount fare;
New travel dates must comply validity period of the ticket;
Change must be made 3 days prior to the date of the first flight;
Free change fee, but fare differential is charged when applicable;
Changes made on channels other than TAP's official website and app may have associated fees or costs;
One free change per reservation, subsequent changes are charged in accordance to fare rules;
Valid only for reservations in which no flight has been flown;
Valid only for TAP Rates;
Valid for Corporate tickets.

Valid for tickets issued between June 1 and July 31, 2021;
New travel dates must comply validity period of the ticket;
Change must be made 3 days prior to the date of the first flight;
Free change fee, but fare differential is charged when applicable;
Changes made on channels other than TAP's official website and app may have associated fees or costs;
One free change per reservation, subsequent changes are charged in accordance to fare rules;
Valid only for reservations in which no flight has been flown;
Valid only for TAP Rates;
Valid for Corporate tickets.

Valid for tickets issued between January 20 and May 31, 2021;
New travel date must be prior to December 31, 2021;
Change must be made 21 days prior to the date of the first flight;
Free change fee, but fare differential is charged when applicable;
Changes made on channels other than TAP's official website and app may have associated fees or costs;
One free change per reservation, subsequent changes are charged in accordance to fare rules;
Valid only for reservations in which no flight has been flown;
The validity period of the ticket cannot be extended;
Valid for Corporate tickets.
