Find out about Shireen and her family's time during their Stopover in Lisbon

Meet Shireen Cama, from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who is visiting Lisbon for the third time! This time she decided to take advantage of TAP’s Portugal Stopover and brought her parents, brother and husband to show them the city she loves so much. The family chose a tuk-tuk to take them to Belem, where they all enjoyed a famous 'pastel de Belem' custard tarts. They also visited other historical neighbourhoods, including the Alfama and the Mouraria, and were amazed by their different personalities. Whenever they wanted to choose a restaurant or find out more about Lisbon, they had a good friend: “The Portugal Stopover app was very useful and helped us find several restaurants in the neighbourhood and told us a little about the sights.”

Shireen highlighted the usefulness of the Portugal Stopover programme: “This programme is an excellent way to get to know a new city. The tour was wonderful!”
